    Today’s WOD was crazzzzzzy!!! All these days off realy set me back! Thanks to the trainers and crossfitters I was able to finish. Thank you guys.

    Um, 3 days of no crossfit really killed me today!!! Thanks for the motivation from all the trainers. Now back to training 34:10 and definitely no rx :-/!

    Aw… you’re very welcome Henry 🙂 And I second your “crazzzzy” lol. Today was TORTURE! The good kind, of course 🙂 32:11 rx (or at least that’s what I saw on the board after the dizziness and wheezing went away)

    TORTURE!!! That is the only word to describe today’s W.O.D.! Three days of R&R (and no Crossfit) really hurt! I couldn’t have finished without Alex pushing me through the entire workout! Thanks so much! 30:08 (I think that’s what I saw) and ditto on the NO Rx for me today! Gotta love it!!

  • Definitely one of the most intense wod’s I’ve done in a long time! Threw my back out in the round of 15, but in true CrossFit form I sucked it up and finished the wod. There are no excuses in our box! Gotta give props to Montee, Tania, Cristy and Mel for pushing themselves to the limit. Remember…The world is moved along not only by the mighty shoves of its heroes, but also by the aggregate of the tiny pushes of each honest worker. Keep working hard!
