It is possible that there are two Ceci's in the world?  At least we have one of them.  The other is "THEE" Annie Sakamoto from CrossFit Santa Cruz Central.

    Looking at today’s picture…Ceci, Where are you? I know that you did not stop going to the box!!!! You are one of the good ones. I have not seen you for a while. Hope everything goes excellent for you, work and family. Ok… let me drink my coffee and go running…. I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH CECI.
    On the other hand… Mike, Nick and Eddy thanks for such a great place to build not only muscles but, character, commitment, responsibility, desire, endurance and HEALTH. You guys have a great team of trainers (Andre, Arod, Montee, and Vidal) that make everything happen.

    Henry! I’m here!!! After all, IACF wouldn’t be the same without “THEE” Ceci… as Mike has admitted to many times 🙂 (just not out loud). I come to the box at least 3Xs a week… so the question iz… where YOU at?!
