“Baseball”

1st base: 10 Squats

2nd base: 10 Push-ups

3rd base: 10 Burpees

 

Home Plate: 10 reps of the following movements:

Box Jumps

Split Jerks M95#  W65#

Wall Balls

SDHP M95# W65#

KB Swings M55# W20#

 

Perform as many runs as possible in 30 minutes.

  • Damn! Wish you would’ve saved baseball for Monday. One of my favorite CrossFit workouts. It was the first workout I did back in December on my first day of CrossFit. I seriously thought I wasn’t going to make it after that. Baseball popped my CrossFit cherry! LOL!!!
