Deadlift Max

1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1- 1

Warm-up with lighter weight before you start your single rep max.  Start off with a heavy load that you know you can pull.  Take a breather but don't get cold before attempting your next pull.  Every rep should feel as if you're pulling the world. 

Post your one rep max to comments.  Top 5 will go on "Leader Board".

    Thanks for cheering me on, although everyone missed it once you guys turned around .. I went down & arggggggh managed to get up with an alternative grip (175)!!
    I think I have found a secret crush .. Deadlifts!! (Never thought I would actually say I enjoy doing deadlifts) I was literally driving home & felt good, felt like driving back & doing some more!

    I had a great time watching you guys get hype and pull. It’s an awesome thing to see how CrossFit has turned some of you into workout junkies. Think about your friends and co-workers and thier stale routines, that’s if they even train. When I read comments like Panchos or get texts fron JC, I could only think of “Fight Club”, when Ed Norton can’t wait to get out of work to go get his ass kicked. So say hello to your alter ego (i want you to think of a name for him/her), enjoy the excitement of CF and remember the 3 rules of “Fight Club”…. then forget them and tell EVERYBODY!
