All new members, regardless of fitness level or athletic background, must attend “CrossFit 101″. CrossFit 101 is a practical training session. Athletes will learn CrossFit’s basic 9 fundamental movements while gaining knowledge of our philosophy and workout regimen. We emphasize client safety, building a community and learning terminology. We explain why CrossFit is known as the “Sport of Fitness”, and the importance behind “Intensity”. Upon completion of CrossFit 101 you will have the basic tools and understanding of the CrossFit program and be on your way to achieving optimal health and fitness.

We offer two options to attend CrossFit 101:

  • Free with membership.
  • Classes are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
  • Four, 60 minutes sessions.
  • Each day consist of fundamental movements.
  • Each session you will perform a mini-WOD.
  • All days must be completed before attending the daily WODs.
  • Simply arrive to your nearest location to register.

  • Personal one on one or small group (max of 6 people).
  • Schedule appointment according to your availability.
  • One, 90 minute session.
  • Each session consisting of 2 fundamental movements.
  • In session you perform a mini-WOD.

Do I need to schedule or make an appointment to begin?

No, simply email us to reserve your spot. If you are interested in the private CrossFit 101 then you need to call and make an appointment with a coach.

I am in great shape. I can breath fire and leap from tall buildings. Do I have to attend the CrossFit 101 class?


After I complete the CrossFit 101 course (group or private) what’s next?

You are now ready to begin the program WODs (workout of the day). You will join the class time that best fits your schedule. The rest will be explained to you by the coach on staff.

Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit?

CrossFit is universally scalable to meet all levels of fitness. We have mothers of three working out next to Pro athletes. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

Do you offer FREE trial workouts?

Yes, Saturdays at 9am. Unless it is canceled due to an event or holiday. Check our website prior.

Do I need to complete the CF101 course in order to attend the Free trial class?

No you do not. Simply arrive 10 mins prior to the Free trail class to sign-in.

Does your program included nutrition guidance?

Yes. We hold a free nutrition lecture once every 8 to 12 weeks to members only.

Do you offer session packages or single session rates?

Yes we offer mulit-month discounted packages and drop – in rates for experienced CrossFitters.

I am a member of another CrossFit box and will be traveling to Miami. Can I stop in for a WOD?

Yes, our drop-in rate for members of other CrossFit boxes is $20.

Do you have showers?

Yes we do.
